What we will need for your project is:
1. One list of keyword phrases and the url to promote, or for deep linking, a spreadsheet set up as the below sample.
2. Three short titles that do NOT contain a hard sell.
3. One informative site description of around twenty to 30 words.
Below is a bit more detail for you but we really only need the three items you see above.
KEYWORD PHRASES -
In general, keyword phrases made up of 3 to 4 words respond the quickest in the search engine results pages to any link building/promotion. If you are promoting primarily to your hometown audience then keyword phrases that include reference to your home city and/or state is frequently a very effective approach.
Ten to fifteen keyword phrases for us to use as anchor text is typical but we can actually work with up to 50 keyword phrases if you prefer. Again, it is wise to work with three and four word keyword phrases and/or geo targeting if you are primarily serving a local market.
URLs / PAGES TO PROMOTE -
You are not limited to promoting only your domain name (home page). We can build links promoting many pages on your site. Not everyone does that, of course, most do not promote more than five total pages from their site, but for those that want to spread out the link building (this is called “deep linking”) we are happy to provide that deep linking flexibility. Just send us a comma separated list of urls and keyword phrases. See below for a short two line sample list.
Many people do best using no more than 5 to 15 keyword phrases to promote.
SITE TITLES
Give me three descriptive site titles for some bookmarking we will be doing.
Provide three short site titles that are relevant to your website but without any hard sell. You want to attract your audience’s attention but these are not classified ads so go easy with your three titles. You are not supposed to be selling with the headlines; you’re just attracting interested browsers that come across your titles.
SAMPLE TITLES: One set below is for a bee removal service and another for a site that sells tomato plants.
This might be the only earth friendly bee removal service in Beverly Hills.
I believe this is probably the only bee friendly bee removal service in Culver City.
Took me hours of searching to find a bee friendly removal company in Escondido.
These are the heirloom tomato plants I’ve been looking for.
The only place I can find that sells heirloom tomato plants by the dozen.
Heirloom tomato plants and I can buy them year round.
SITE DESCRIPTION:
Please also supply a brief site description of around twenty to thirty words (not exceeding 200 total characters in length) that is not a hard sell but is rather informative in nature. Just inform your audience.
SAMPLE DESCRIPTIONS:
These people specialize in safe, organic live bee removal services and have over 20 years of experience. They have developed methods to take care of bee problems without the use of chemicals.
They claim these tomato plants are grown completely organically in Southern California and they have a large variety of heirloom tomato plants. Every order has been perfect so far.
SUMMARY - Three things we need from you now -
1. One list of keyword phrases and the url to promote. If there is more than one url that you want us to build links promoting then submit your list in the form of a spreadsheet using the following pattern:

How you actually optimize your link emphasis is your best call but please follow the pattern of one row equals one URL plus one keyword phrase. Although most people focus on ten to twenty keyword phrases you can actually do up to 50 lines.
